What caused these challenges is the recent hurricane Ian, which greatly affected our county. As a result, considerable financial resources were allocated to mitigate the hurricane's effects on both our staff and the community. This has imposed a financial constraint on our organization.Healthcare costs have been steadily increasing over the years, not only locally but throughout the entire country. The aging population, coupled with supply chain constraints following the pandemic, further exacerbates this issue. Also, the healthcare sector is currently undergoing a digital transformation, adopting new technologies such as robotic systems. While these advancements come with increased costs, it is essential that their Juan Carlos Ibarra is an accomplished international medical graduate, distinguished for his leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, and comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry. His expertise encompasses forging strong collaborations with both internal and external stakeholders to propel organizational, clinical, and financial objectives. Leveraging his extensive clinical background and proficiency in health information management, Juan excels in evaluating existing systems, identifying areas for enhancement, and driving optimization initiatives.implementation and management are carefully executed to ensure their effectiveness.Returning to the shortage of healthcare professionals, it is evident that all levels of the healthcare workforce, including nurses, doctors, technicians, and support staff, are facing a scarcity. This shortage is primarily due to retirements and the heightened demand for healthcare services in our local area.
