The firm has made three significant additions to its Executive Management Team to support this continuing growth and strategic vision. Panoramic Health has appointed Michael Holland as Chief Development Officer, Sampath Narayanan as Chief Information Officer, and Kimberly Shreve as Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer to assist its expansion as the nation's largest non-dialysis CKCC participant. The platform houses the largest, real-time CKD database of over 630,000 individuals, with over 800 physician partners in 19 states. As Chief Development Officer, Michael Holland will be responsible for business development, fostering growth, and establishing meaningful collaborations with nephrology groups to drive value-based care models and enhance practice operations. Michael has extensive experience in rapidly expanding healthcare enterprises. He was most recently the Chief Development Officer for InnovaCare 2Health, a physician-led network of primary care practices leader in Medicare Advantage and other value-based care delivery models. Before joining InnovaCare, Michael was the Chief Development Officer at U.S. Anesthesia Partners. He was responsible for building the largest single specialty physician business in the United States through an innovative physician partnership structure. He received his bachelor's degree from Harvard University and his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. The Chief Information Officer, Sampath Narayanan, MBA, CHCIO, will provide strategic direction for utilizing technology and data to minimize the overall cost of care, improve provider involvement, and enhance the patient experience. Sampath is a results-driven healthcare executive with over two decades of international expertise in strategy, technology, analytics, and operations in the health insurance, physician groups, pharmacies, and specialty medicine industries. Sampath was most recently the chief information officer at Everside Health, one of the nation's leading direct primary and mental health care providers, where he developed proprietary digital experience technologies and on-demand client analytics. He has also served as the chief information officer at ConcertoCare, where he developed a population health platform that provides predictive analytics at points of care. He has a bachelor's degree in engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Tiruchirappalli, India, and an MBA from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. Kimberly Shreve has been named Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer. Kimberly will plan, execute, and monitor compliance with applicable rules and regulations at Panoramic Health. Kimberly has more than 23 years of experience as a healthcare attorney, constructing and managing compliance and privacy procedures for government agencies and private and public organizations. Kim most recently served as Collective Health's Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer. Before joining Collective Health, she supervised dialysis privacy compliance and improved DaVita's privacy operations. Kim earned her bachelor's and Juris doctorate degrees from the University of Denver.
